Since the counselling is largely dependant upon the relationship between counsellor and counsellee, the journey needs to be a delicate balance of collaboration that is ultimately focused on the needs of the client. This collaborative approach includes a mix of Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Refocusing Therapy, Client-Centred Therapy, and Psycho-education. Ryan is willing to incorporate biblical aspects into the counselling journey when appropriate.
